On 26 th November 2021 as part of the Bharath ka Amruth Mahotsav celebrations programmes for school students on the theme “Agriculture and Environment:the Citizen Face” was organised by the institute. Two classes on “Production technology of cool season vegetables and their Pest and disease management” and an exhibition of the institute products was conducted at Thumpur Thrissur in which around 60 school students participated. In another event conducted at Kerala Agricultural University, high school campus a drawing competition was held for high school students on the topic “Man and Agriculture” five students took part in the competition.
